Terms of use for the InoxTV app and this site
Short version: you may use InoxTV freely as a player, you are responsible for the playlist you point it at, and the app comes with no promise that any given stream will work.
Last updated
These terms apply to the InoxTV applications for Android and Android TV, and to this website. Installing the app or using this site means you accept them. If you do not, uninstall the app and stop using the site.
The licence you are granted
You may install and use InoxTV on devices you own or control, for personal, non‑commercial purposes, at no charge. That permission is non‑exclusive, revocable, and cannot be transferred.
You may not decompile or reverse engineer the app, redistribute a modified build, sell it, bundle it with a service or a device for sale, or present it as your own product. Repackaging InoxTV with a playlist pre‑loaded is a specific case of this and is not permitted, whatever the playlist contains.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you play. You must have the right to access it, in the territory you are in, from the service supplying it. See the content disclaimer for why this sits with you rather than with us: we host nothing, see nothing and can verify nothing.
You must not use InoxTV to access content you have no right to access, to redistribute or rebroadcast a stream, to circumvent geographic or technical restrictions a rights holder has put in place, or to record content in a way the law where you are does not allow. Recording features exist for content you are entitled to record.
Playlists, credentials and your data
Playlists, Xtream credentials and Stalker portal details you enter are stored on your device, in the app's private storage. They are not sent to us. We hold no account for you, because there is no account to hold: the app has no sign‑up.
The practical consequence is that recovery is your job. If you clear the app's data, reset the device, or reinstall without a backup, your playlists and settings are gone and we cannot restore them. The app can export a backup file; the backup guide covers where it goes and how to bring it back.
What is not warranted
InoxTV is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Specifically, and because these are the things people write in asking about:
- We do not promise that any playlist will load, that any stream will play, or that any programme guide will populate. Those depend on your provider and your network, both outside our control.
- We do not promise the app runs on every Android device. Manufacturer builds vary, particularly on low‑cost TV boxes, and some ship codecs or decoders that behave differently from stock Android.
- We do not promise uninterrupted availability of this site or of update downloads.
- Features can change or be removed between versions. Where a change alters behaviour you rely on, it is described on the page for that feature.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the app. Including lost recordings, lost settings, charges from a provider, or a device that misbehaves. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Third parties
The mobile and TV builds are distributed through Google Play, which applies its own terms. The TV build is also offered as a direct APK download from a GitHub release, which applies GitHub's terms while you download it. Your IPTV service applies its own terms to the content it supplies, and those terms are between you and them.
This site uses analytics and shows advertising from third parties, which set cookies and receive technical data about your visit. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and how to opt out.
Age
InoxTV is not directed at children. The app includes a parental PIN that locks the settings screens, so a playlist cannot be added, edited or replaced and the guide cannot be reconfigured without it; how to set it up is on the parental controls page. It locks configuration rather than content, and it cannot classify a stream it knows nothing about. Deciding what is appropriate to load onto the device remains the job of the adult who owns it.
How this ends
You end it by uninstalling the app. We may end it, for you specifically or generally, if the terms above are breached. Either way the sections on warranties and liability continue to apply to use that already happened.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes for the version they land in. Continuing to use InoxTV after a change means accepting the revised terms.
